Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a product from this store, you are acknowledging that you’ve read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions:
- All products are for personal use only. Products may not be reprinted, redistributed, or sold for commercial use.
- The maximum amount of physical bundles you can purchase in a single order is 3. If you wish to purchase 4 or more, or want to do a GO (Group Order), please contact Path of Life’s mod team through Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, or email ([email protected]).
- If you purchase more than 3 bundles in a single order without having reached out to the mod team first, your order will be refunded.
- Our store does not collect VAT at checkout. Any VAT charges or customs fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer. EU packages will all be marked as gifts and all international packages will be marked with the lowest possible cost declarations.
- All updates and announcements regarding the production and shipping process will be sent through email and posted on our socials. We are not responsible for forgotten orders, missed deadlines, or expired tracking numbers.
Shipping and delivery:
All products in this shop are pre-order items. They will not be shipped until all books and merchandise have been produced. Shipping is estimated to happen in late July 2025, but this is subject to delays. Any such delays will be announced through our social media accounts. There will be no refunds or returns due to delayed shipping times.
Orders will be shipped from the United States of America. Delivery time can vary depending on the buyer’s location.
All orders include tracking. We recommend buyers keep an eye on their tracking numbers for any issues or customs concerns. Path of Life is not responsible for packages that were lost or delayed in transit or at customs.
Digital items will only be sent out once all physical orders have been shipped. Both the main and side zine will have printing permissions locked behind a password so they cannot be printed at home. Digital zines will be sent from the email [email protected].
Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to their order. Again, Path of Life is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
All orders containing more than one bundle will have all bundles and items shipped together in the same shipment. If you wish for the bundles to be sent separately or each to a different address, please place separate orders.
Certain countries have shipping restrictions placed on them from the United States or internationally. If you place an order from a country that has restrictions placed on it by the time of shipment, you will be refunded your order in full.
The following countries are currently restricted: Russia, Israel, Ukraine, Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Iraq, Libera, Somalia, Belarus, Lebanon, Yemen, and Ivory Coast.
If you place an order from Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, or Saudi Arabia, we will reach out via email to gather your Tax ID for shipping purposes only.
Packaging:
Zines and merch will be placed inside a self-sealing poly bag.
All orders will be shipped inside bubble mailers with cardboard backing to ensure their best possible condition.
All bubble mailers will be sent with Do Not Bend stickers on the exterior packaging.
Refunds and replacements:
Path of Life will offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Order was lost or returned due to an incorrectly printed address on Path of Life’s part (address on the label is different from the one on the order).
- Missing/wrong items due to a logistics error on Path of Life’s part.
Path of Life will not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Items were damaged during transit due to mishandling of the shipping company (package left in the rain, bent to fit mailboxes, etc).
- Order was delivered to an old address (without being returned) due to the buyer not informing the change to Path of Life by the cut off date. The cut off date will be announced on our socials and via email closer to the shipping period.
- Order was delivered at a wrong address (without being returned) due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer on their order.
In cases where an order is returned to Path of Life due to a mistake on the buyer’s part (such as an incorrect address on the order, no one to receive the package after several delivery attempts by the shipping company, etc), the buyer can opt to have the package resent to them if they pay for shipping again. If the buyer does not wish to pay the shipping fee to have the package resent, they will only be refunded the value of the product.
If interested, Path of Life does offer shipping insurance on your order for an extra $2. If interested, make sure to add the Shipping Insurance here to your cart. Insurance covers: physical loss and/or damage to package contents in the course of transit (with photographic/video proof of damage and written affirmation from the buyer/carrier tracking proof of loss).
Duration: Insurance applies from the time the package is dropped off at the shipping facility to delivery OR 15 days after cargo arrives to the destination port/hub (whichever is sooner). Buyers are responsible for lost/damaged items after this and should reach out to their local carrier in the case of delayed delivery.
Shipments sent to the following countries are not eligible for coverage:
Balkans (Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia), Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.
Note: This list of excluded countries is subject to change depending on government restrictions, geopolitical events, embargos, etc. Insurance does not cover damages due to delays.
Path of Life reserves the right to refund or cancel any orders that do not follow the Terms and Conditions.
